Wilmington Wall Printing (“WWP”)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or hiring Wilmington Wall Printing for services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this website or our services.

2. Services

WWP provides custom wall and vertical surface printing, including murals, logos, branding graphics, and decorative applications. All services are subject to written estimates and approval before production.

3. Estimates & Payment

• Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.

• A deposit (typically 50%) is required to secure scheduling.

• Remaining balance is due upon completion unless agreed in writing.

• Custom work is non-refundable once production begins.

• WWP reserves the right to pause or withhold services for nonpayment.

4. Artwork & Intellectual Property

Clients must own or have permission to use all submitted artwork.

By submitting files, you confirm you have full rights to reproduce the material. WWP is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations related to client-provided artwork.

WWP may photograph completed projects for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Surface & Site Conditions

Client is responsible for ensuring surfaces are:

• Clean, dry, and properly prepared

• Structurally sound

• Accessible during scheduled install times

WWP is not responsible for print issues caused by moisture, improper wall prep, texture variations, or environmental conditions outside our control.

6. Installation & Longevity

Print durability varies based on surface type and environment. Exterior applications are subject to weather exposure and natural wear. No guarantee is provided for surfaces that do not meet preparation standards.

7. Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable once materials are ordered or production begins. Rescheduling requires reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

WWP’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.

We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost revenue, or third-party claims.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina. Any disputes will be handled in New Hanover County, NC.
